Citizen First Trials
The Mid-West of Ireland Region, the City of Ieper, the City of Kortrijk, the Eindhoven Region and Cambridgeshire County Council are all currently running trials relating to the implementation of citizen centred services The pilots are different in each regions but comparisons can be drawn from the means they employ to achieve this. For example the Mid West Region of Ireland and Cambridgeshire County Council are trialling One-Stop Shops while the City of Kortrijk and the City of Ieper are looking at Public Access Internet Points.
